Ronnaegel Business Consultancy is an operations, quality systems and marketing consultancy based in Singapore, by Robotics Stem Lab Pte Ltd (UEN 201932145D). For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act, Robotics Stem Lab Pte Ltd is the organisation responsible for personal data collected through this website and in the course of engagements delivered under the Ronnaegel Business Consultancy name. Our Data Protection Officer contact will be published here once confirmed.

What We Collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to deliver work you have engaged us for.

Contact details you submit through the enquiry form β€” name, company, email address and, if provided, telephone number.The content of your enquiry, including the process, standard or service you describe.Correspondence and documents exchanged during a proposal or engagement.Basic technical information generated when you browse the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device or browser type.

We do not collect national identification numbers, financial account details or sensitive personal data through this website.

Why We Use It

Consent and Marketing

By submitting an enquiry you consent to us using the details provided to reply and to follow up on that enquiry. Any additional marketing communication is sent only where you have separately opted in, and every such message includes a means of withdrawing consent. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect work already underway.

Consulting work necessarily exposes us to commercially sensitive material: process detail, pricing, supplier terms, quality records and staff information. This material is treated as confidential, is used solely for the engagement, is shared internally only with those delivering the work, and is not referenced in public material without your written agreement. We are willing to work under your non-disclosure agreement or ours.

Disclosure to Others

We may disclose personal data to service providers who support our operations β€” for example email hosting, document storage, website hosting and accounting software. Such providers are engaged on terms requiring them to protect the data and to use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose data where required by law, by a regulator, or by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Where a provider stores data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that a standard of protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act applies.
